Understanding Procedural Safeguards

This presentation is offered in collaboration with attorneys from Disability Rights California. In this session we will review the procedural safeguards within California Education Code and the Individuals with Disability Education Act. Participants will have an opportunity to gain a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
