DESCRIPTION:  \nCome walk\, roll\, or stroll with EFRC! We will take an accessible route and explore a different part of Balboa Park. Along the way\, we will get a chance to briefly “try on” a different mindfulness practice. Participants will have an opportunity to connect with other families.
