Mindful Motion Accessible Walk / Movimiento consciente caminata accesible 

Each month EFRC hosts a 1 hour accessible walk around San Diego County. Come and meet other parents of kids and adults with disabilities!

This month we are walking at NTC Park / Liberty Station in Point Loma. We’ll meet in front of the Point Loma Sports Club and go from there: 2751 Roosevelt Rd #100, San Diego, CA 92106.
