Meet our Keynote Speaker! Kelly Kulzer-Reyes

Kelly Kulzer-Reyes is a dedicated professional, parent advocate, and supporter of the disability community. She is co-chair of the California Down Syndrome Advocacy Coalition and Professor at Taft College in English and Disability Services. She is also the mother of a teenage daughter with Down syndrome, which informs her commitment to excellence, community engagement, and collaborative leadership.

Kelly will share her insights with us on “Grassroots Advocacy—Powering Change: Working for and with People with Disabilities.” Join us as we explore how grassroots advocacy can expand education, employment, health, and life opportunities for people with disabilities.

This year’s conference is more than a series of workshops—it’s an opportunity to learn and a call to action to create change across every level: family, school, workplace, healthcare, and the policies and practices that guide them.
